We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Director’s Assistant with strong business acumen and an eye for aesthetics. The ideal candidate will provide strategic, operational, and personal support to the Director and will be groomed to progressively take ownership of key functions.
- Provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to the Director.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers; manage enquiries and coordinate sample procurement.
- Assist in product evaluation, feature analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
- Coordinate with the legal team for contract review and support commercial negotiations.
- Assign, track, and monitor tasks across departments to ensure timely execution.
- Oversee quality checks of catalogues, e-commerce listings, and marketing materials for accuracy and brand alignment.
- Conduct market research, surveys, and business analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Prepare structured reports, costing sheets, SOPs, and presentations for leadership review.
- Develop and maintain organized databases and MIS reports for business tracking.
- Collect, analyze, and report department-wise performance metrics regularly.
- Support vendor management activities including negotiation and relationship management.
- Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential business and personal information with discretion and integrity.
- Manage the Director’s schedules, appointments, and ad-hoc personal tasks as required.
- Monitor deadlines and proactively follow up to ensure seamless workflow.
- Maintain high attention to detail, especially in branding, design, and visual presentation.
- Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.
- Prepare professional documentation using MS Office, PowerPoint, Zoho, and Google Suite.
- Leverage digital tools including ChatGPT and other productivity platforms, effectively.
- Demonstrate leadership potential and readiness to progressively take over key operational responsibilities.
