Perform daily hygiene checks on Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central, monitor inactive listings, account health metrics (ODR, LDR, PCR), listing suppression, auto price matches, unauthorized discounts, and seller violations.
Download, organize, and maintain daily inventory and sales reports from Amazon Seller Central, Seller Flex, and Etrade.
Monitor and manage inventory across Seller Flex, FBA, and Etrade; maintain optimal stock levels and prevent out-of-stock situations.
Check and resolve unauthorized pricing, unauthorized sellers, and MRP/SP mismatches using BSR reports and Amazon Brand Registry tools.
Process Etrade purchase orders; update them in the tracking sheet, and monitor overstocking levels. Coordinate with the warehouse for packaging and invoicing.
Prepare the Manual PO working after confirmation of the Regular PO; cross-verify with relevant stakeholders before sending to Etrade.
Plan and execute FBA replenishments based on sell-through rates and days of cover; book inbound appointments, dispatch goods, and verify GRN for Amazon FBA, Etrade, and Blinkit.
Check and update Seller Flex, Etrade, FBA, and Blinkit returns in the tracking sheet; coordinate with the warehouse for return arrivals and raise cases where required.
Update daily sales cost in the internal sales tracker sheet across Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and Blinkit.
Download and update Blinkit sales and inventory data daily; monitor inventory levels and plan shipments as required.
Review internal MIS reports; monitor non-moving SKUs, storage fees, and SKU-level performance on a month-on-month basis.
Manage new product listings and update existing listings across Amazon Seller Central, Blinkit, and Etrade platforms.
Onboard new products on Vendor Central, validate margins, create margin sheets, and coordinate inclusion in upcoming POs.
Maintain and update the Product Masters sheet, including e-commerce content, A+ content links, images, ASIN, and FNSKU details.
Manage active and inactive product status in the Masters, Zoho, and Etrade systems.
Create product stickers for newly listed items for Etrade and coordinate with the warehouse team for labelling.
Plan and execute Amazon promotional activities Deal of the Day (DOTD), Coupon creation, and BXGY (Buy X Get Y) offers.
Build and maintain the Amazon Brand Store content layout and seasonal updates.
Manage Amazon Brand Registry to act against unauthorized sellers, counterfeit listings, and pricing violations.
Monitor Blinkit ad campaigns and track daily ad spend within approved budgets.
